Scott is one of the founders of Dascom and has over 25 years experience in the broadcast, telecommunications and audio/video industries.  He is nationally known for his knowledge and experience in IPTV and distance education. Scott has been lead design/project engineer on ATM/IPTV projects since 1998, working with all the major vendors and has worked on over 120 IPTV projects. He has held design/project engineer and distance learning sales management positions during his career, and specializes in all forms of video transmission related systems.
